Instructions for e-voting
I. During voting period, the participating members of the Committee of Creditors are being provided will be provided with the platform to cast their vote electronically. The e-voting module shall be disabled for voting thereafter.
II. The participating members of the Committee of Creditors should log on to the e-voting website www.adelcirp.com during the voting period.
III. Click on tab called “Home Buyers”
IV. The participating members of the Committee of Creditors can cast their vote by entering the “USER ID” which shall be communicated to you in due course.
V. First time user login through OTP and OTP will be sent on your registered email ID. You will be required to reset your password.
VI. After reset the password entering User ID and password appropriately, click on “SUBMIT” tab.
VII. Click on the E-voting tab.
VIII. In E-Voting tab Voting will be live from mentioned start date to end date and Click on active voting line to cast the vote.
IX. After clicking active voting line Read the resolution Description and vote YES, NO, ABSTAIN. The option YES implies that you assent to the respective item and option NO implies that you dissent to the respective item. The participating member can also select ABSTAIN. In that case, participating member shall be deemed to have abstained from voting for that respective item.
X. After selecting the option, click on “SUBMIT” to confirm your vote.
