Persons who have booked an apartment in this prestigious project came together in 2010 and regularly exchanged ideas and progress information with each other on the project. \u200b\u200b\u200bThe developer (ERA\/Adel LANDMARKS Ltd.) has abandoned our project after receiving approximately 40% to 60% of payments from different buyers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T<\/strong>he project is not moving forward since last 7 years. This clearly shows malafide intention of the builder and highlights that builder is refusing to its contractual obligation.
